Manchester Gregorians FC - Annual Sportsman's Dinner

The Manchester Gregorian's FC 2012 Annual Sportsman's Dinner will again be held in the Citizen Suite at the Etihad Stadium and is to take place on Friday 11th May, 2012. This date is 2 days before the last Premiership matches of the Season which are on the 13th May.

The main guest at our 2012 Dinner will be Tommy Docherty, the comedian will be Gary Skyner and our host will again be the incomparable Vince Miller.

Please make a note of the above date in your diary.

Our Club has organised Sportsman's Dinners at the City of Manchester Stadium for the last 9 years and they have been acknowledged as excellent events. The 2012 Dinner will be no exception so please will you invite your friends, family or workmates and take a table?

Despite an increase in what we will have to pay for the meal which is to be supplied at the Dinner we are still offering Tables of 10 for £375, the same as for the 2011 Dinner.

In addition Tables for 10, centrally located. on the 1st and 2nd row with or without advertising opportunities, which will include...

  • an acknowledgement in the Dinner Programme of your support of the Dinner
  • have your Company name on their table number card and on a page advert on the OldGregorian's DVD playing on the plasma screens in the Suite during the Dinner
  • receive a memento of the Evening from Manchester CityFC,

will cost £425.

A limited number of Tables for 12 and 18 can also be made available and prices for these table can be provided on request.

The Sportsman's Dinner is our Club's major fund raising event of the Season and your support of our Dinner would be much appreciated. Our Club needs to raise £24,000 this Season to break even but we are also planning to organise running at least one Under 18's Team next Season so it is vital that the 2012 Dinner is a financial success.
